Description
Traumas are wounds. Wounds that have happened to our bodies and to our minds.
They can be traumatic, one-time situations or they can be situations that wear us down over time.
We can be traumatized by medical procedures; injuries or illnesses; words of rejection; abandonment; physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
After you have identified the trauma or fear that has entered our lives, we need to pray asking Jesus to heal and renew our minds.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I purpose and choose to forgive (the doctor, nurse or hospital, or person), from my heart, that (hurt me, specific trauma). I forgive them and I cancel all their debts and obligations to me. They owe me nothing.
Lord forgive me for (any sin) and any resentment or bitterness that I have towards (the person). I release myself from this bitterness. I break all ungodly vows and curses spoken over me by (the person).
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the power of His blood, I cancel all of Satan’s power, authority, programming and assignment over me in this memory and I command the fear of (specific fear or trauma) and the trauma from (the event) to leave me now and never return.
Cleanse my mind and cleanse every cell of my body from all the smells, pictures, sounds, touches, tastes, physical pain, feelings. I ask You to give me a paradigm shift in my thinking, change the pathways and chemical balance in my mind. Change the pathways of pain to pathways of peace. Change my DNA and give me the mind of Christ.
Holy Spirit, please heal my broken heart of all the stress, pain, fear, hurt, and trauma and tell me Your truth.
