Description
Experiences effect our thinking and genetic expression throughout our entire life. Generational issues in our families, life experiences and traumas dramatically affect our thinking, our personality, our ability to cope and even our genetics.
Beginning from conception, negative experiences program us to respond in predictable and unhealthy ways while positive experiences program us to respond in positive ways throughout life.
To change this false identity and erase the programming, we need to forgive those who have taught us wrong and forgive those in our lives and generations that have hurt us. In doing this we will allow the Lord Jesus to heal us in body soul and spirit.
Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Hebrews 9:14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I confess and repent for agreeing with and practicing this false identity/ programming of ________ in my life and in my generations.
Heavenly Father, I choose to forgive my generations for handing down this heritage. I also choose to forgive Dad and Mom for instilling this false identity/ programming and not teaching me who I am. I choose to release them.
Heavenly Father, I give You permission to crucify this old identity/ programming and ask You to change me according to Your will and design. Please give me my true identity of who You designed me to be.
In the Name of Lord Jesus Christ and by the power of His blood, I cancel all of satan’s power and authority, programming and assignment over me and I command the tormentors that have stolen my identity to let go and leave me now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Holy Spirit, please come and heal my broken heart, cleanse and restore me. Please show me Your truth.
